Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-01-01

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a workspace or otherwise using SmartEcho Automate (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account and workspace

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that happens under your workspace, including actions taken by teammates you invite. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team membership and billing.

3. Connected Instagram accounts

You must have the legal right to connect and automate any Instagram professional account you link to the Service, and you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram Platform Policy, and applicable messaging/rate-limit rules while using our automation features. We may suspend automation on an account if we detect activity that risks violating Meta's policies.

4. Acceptable use

  • No spam, deceptive messaging, or content that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines.
  • No automation targeting minors or collecting sensitive personal data beyond what a campaign genuinely requires.
  • No attempts to circumvent Instagram or SmartEcho Automate rate limits, quotas, or security controls.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis to the workspace owner. Plan changes take effect within the current billing period as shown on the Billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or of Meta's platform policies.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for actions taken by Instagram/Meta against your account (including suspension or API access changes) or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email.
